Survivors: What are your top concerns? Our summer survey is open!

Children’s Cancer Cause invites teen, young adult, and adult survivors of childhood cancers to participate in our 2022 survivor survey. Your input helps ensure that we are best representing the unique needs of childhood cancer survivors in our program planning and in our policy work on Capitol Hill.

It only takes 5-10 minutes to participate, and you’ll have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card! We know your time is valuable, and we’re so grateful to those of you who share a few minutes of it with us.

Your insights help ensure that we are working toward impactful solutions to the most pressing issues in our community and also help strengthen our awareness campaigns throughout the year. We’ll be sharing results from this summer survey during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in September.

This survey is exclusively for survivors of pediatric cancer who are currently age 13 or over. Take note that survivors under age 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission to participate. There’s no upper age limit: we also want to hear from those of you who were diagnosed several decades ago! If you’ve taken a Children’s Cancer Cause survey in the past, please consider taking this one as well. Some of the questions will be familiar but you may find that your answers change with time.

Please share this opportunity with others in your network!
